Terms and Conditions
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which One Bean Korea (hereinafter referred to as “Developer”) grants a license to use the SEAD software (hereinafter referred to as “Software”) to the individual or entity installing and using the Software (hereinafter referred to as “User”)..
– This license is granted to [User’s email address] and may not be transferred or resold to any other user.
– The Developer grants the User a non-exclusive, limited license to install and use the Software on up to three computers.
– The license is perpetual, but a separate fee will be charged for new versions (Next Version(v2)).
The Software operates in the following environment. The User should fully understand the following before installation:
- Supports all email types connecting to the Outlook program (O365, Gmail, Exchange, IMAP, etc.)
- Windows-based Outlook program (2003-2021, Office365)
- Compatible with all versions of Outlook, but does not support New Outlook mode or web.
The User may not use the Software for the following purposes:
- Providing or disclosing the Software to third parties and illegal activities.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software or extracting the source code in any form.
- Copying, distributing, selling, leasing, or renting the Software.
The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software.
- Free maintenance support is available for the User’s installation errors for a period of 30 days.
- Technical support is handled through email inquiries and website inquiries.
- Maintenance after 30 days will incur a fee.
- No technical support is provided for the User’s content and personal information, including email content such as inquiries about the basis for determining the malicious nature of emails and detailed analysis of malicious content.
