How to get a refund on SEAD products

We strive to provide the best software experience for our customers.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy under certain conditions.

Am I eligible for a refund?

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  1. Whether the purchased product is SEAD Pro
  2. Whether the refund request date is within 30 days of the purchase
Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds are not allowed in the following cases:

  • SEAD free and SEAD Enterprise
  • SEAD Pro purchased more than 30 days ago
  • services provided at a special discounted price, where only the discounted amount is refundable.
Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these options:

  • Send a request to our administrator’s email address: admin@one-bean.com.
  • Submit a request form by visiting the “Contact us” page on our website.

When submitting your request, please briefly include your purchase email address and purchase date.

Refund Processing Time

If your refund request meets our refund policy, we will process your refund within 3 business days. However, the actual time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account will vary depending on your payment method.

Additional Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the conditions are not met.
